Ellis Hotel, Atlanta, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

It was a small but nice room, near elevator and ice machine. The staff was a pleasure to work with and made issues easy.

The hotel is located in walking distance to the State Farm Arena. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were able to offer information about the area and Atlanta in general. The room I had was small but it didn’t matter because we were out and about most of the day and night so all we really needed was a clean bed and clean bathroom with hot water to shower, both were delivered. I would definitely stay again.

Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable but a bit small. The bed was a bit too soft, but sleepable. We were able to book another room pretty easily for some last minute family that was joining us with some great advice from one of the front desk staff members. Love that check out is 12pm.

As a small business with limited funds, I am very upset and disappointed that Booking.com rates were nearly double (or over double) the cost of what the Ellis would have charged if we booked direct with them through Marriott. Requesting an adjustment.

Good location, next to the MARTA and the Streetcar. Olympic Park within walking distance (10 mins).
